I'm not really a tech guy, and even for me this was super straightforward to install. Battery life has been great, and I've had this batter in for a number of months now with no signs of issues or reduced power.

It fit fine and the laptop did recognize it and charge it…. But even when the indicator said it was fully charged it barely lasted one hour of runtime…and after a few months it seemed to stop charging even though the laptop was fine. My laptop is now permanently docked to a wall plug because this battery died a few months after purchase.

The battery fits fine, it is indeed slightly thicker than the original, but that is not a problem.
